Q: Is this site secure?
A: Security is our number one priority and we take it very seriously! The site is secure and once you have entered the required username and password you will be transferred to the secure site for your day care provider. We use 128-bit encryption to protect our usernames and password to prohibit unauthorized access.

Q: Who can log on to my child’s center?
A: Parent’s will only have access to the center that their child belongs to.

Q: How can I get my center to use abcKam?
A: Just fill out our online center referral form and we can talk to you child center about having this service installed.

Q: The Video won’t load.
A: The first time you log onto the site it will take 5 - 10 mins to get the video to load. This is so your web browser can download a component to view the video stream.

Q: The Java viewer will not load.
A: Please make sure you have the latest version of java loaded on your PC. If you are unsure, click the download link to get the latest version of java.

Q: Is the video really clear?
A. Yes it is! AbcKam uses what we feel to be the very best equipment available. We also stay on top of new technology continually upgrading and adding features. You’ll be able to view your child from different angles in every room.
